What is Facebook?
Facebook is an American social media platform created by Mark Zuckerberg and Deadline. It was announced as a ‘communications solution for the general public’ in March 2013 and officially added functionality in May of the same year. It allows users to create profiles and linkedin pages, share content, view videos, and interact with others through broad categories such as ‘friends’ and ‘family’.
Why Facebook?
Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, has said that he always intended for the platform to be more than just a social media platform. As a young man in the early 2000s, he spent a significant portion of his spare time developing Facebook, which at the time was a message board with more than a million members. As his career developed, he became more focused on the platform’s future and the growing business opportunity it represented. In November of 2007, he hired engineer Mark Christmas to lead product development at Facebook. Christmas was already well-regarded in the company for his work on other platforms, and he proved to be a highly effective product designer. Over the next year and a half, Facebook gained significant traction, becoming the second most-used social media platform in the world after only a decade of independence.
The Basics
One of the most important things you can do to start planning for the coming year is to get yourself (and your family) ready for the cold, snowy, and drizzling winter season. Whether you choose to wear gloves or gloves with flashes of light attached, it’s important to stay as dry and warm as possible. That means wearing warm, shell-colored sweats and outerwear with cozy, long-sleeves. The best way to stay warm is to invest in a wind-up outdoor heater, which can be used as a de-freeze and keep warm lantern. These are easy to make and can be found at most home centers or hardware stores. You can also order inexpensive wind-up lanterns online from sites like ShopBy Design.
The Center for Social Good
The main purpose of Facebook is to connect individuals and to share information and content. Through social media and other uses, it hopes to become an important source of information for people all over the world. Over the next few months, Facebook hopes to expand its audience to include both individuals and businesses. The platform’s goal is to become a global resource for information and information use.
Facebook Urls for 2013
As you can see for yourself, the most popular Facebook urls for 2013 are the ones that tell you the date of the most recent birthday. These are not exact urls, but approximate urls that are based on the time of the event and the individual’s location. This means that for example, if you were born in November, this would be exactly when Facebook was planning to feature your birthday event. This is a great opportunity to use the birthday event url from one of your recent posts to give your account a fun new look!
